Depositions:

One of the more common tasks that a legal videographer performs, this is the talking head shot with which most people are familiar. Both the State of California and Federal Civil Rules of Procedure maintain strict guidelines as to how a video deposition is to be conducted. While many California Courts do not require a time/date stamp, all our video depositions are recorded with one because we adhere to the Federal Rules. We also place the camera in a neutral fashion to avoid any bias that an undu camera angle may incur.
